The Rental Circle helps renters request useful assets from local owners, but every request is manually reviewed and confirmed only after owner approval.
How rental requests work
You can browse approved assets and submit a specific request, or submit a general request if you can't find what you need. Provide clear details about your dates, location, and how you intend to use the item. This helps owners make quick, informed decisions.
Owner approval is required
Submitting a request does not mean your rental is booked. The owner must review your request and approve it. Final availability is only confirmed after the owner agrees to the dates and terms.
Deposit and handover expectations
A security deposit may apply for high-value items. This deposit must be discussed and confirmed before handover. During the pickup, you should inspect the item alongside the owner and agree on its current condition.
Respecting asset condition
Treat the asset as if it were your own. Follow any specific rules or handling instructions provided by the owner. If the item is damaged or malfunctions during your rental period, notify the owner immediately.
Return expectations
Return the asset on time, in the exact condition you received it, with all included accessories. Late returns or missing parts cause significant inconvenience to the owner and may impact your deposit.
What renters should not assume
Never assume a booking is confirmed until you receive explicit approval and coordination details. Do not assume insurance covers your usage unless explicitly documented. The Rental Circle is currently operating in a controlled early access phase with manual coordination.
