Owner guidelines

List your asset with more clarity and control.

The Rental Circle helps Hyderabad owners submit useful assets for review, set expectations clearly, and coordinate rentals carefully during controlled early access.

What owners can list

The Rental Circle is currently accepting cameras, lenses, drones, bikes, cars, and creator gear. Assets should be in good working condition, well-maintained, and accurately described.

How owner approval works

You remain in full control. When a renter submits a request for your asset, you will be notified. You review the request details, the dates, and the purpose. A rental only moves forward after your explicit approval. There are no automatic or instant bookings.

How security deposits may work

To reduce risk, a security deposit workflow may apply for high-value items. The deposit amount and the handling procedure are discussed and confirmed during the manual coordination phase. Deposits are intended to cover potential damages, but they must be clearly agreed upon before handover.

Before-and-after condition checks

Documenting your asset is critical. Before handing the asset over to the renter, you should take clear, time-stamped photos of the item and its accessories. Upon return, a similar condition check must be performed. This documentation is the foundation for resolving any disputes.

Rules owners should define

You know your asset best. If there are specific environments where your gear should not be used, or specific handling instructions, communicate them clearly. Setting upfront boundaries prevents misunderstandings during the rental.

What The Rental Circle does not guarantee

The Rental Circle provides a structured framework for local rentals, but we do not guarantee 100% safety, guaranteed income, or guaranteed availability. Owners must use their best judgment when approving requests and handing over valuable assets.
