Cancellation Policy
How cancellations are reviewed and coordinated during our early access phase.
Requests are Not Confirmed Bookings
Because submitting a request does not guarantee availability or a confirmed booking, a request can be canceled at any time before owner approval without penalty.
Before Owner Approval
If you requested an asset and the owner has not yet approved it, you or the admin team may cancel the request. No deposits are held during this unapproved state.
After Owner Approval & Before Handover
Once a request is approved and the manual coordination of deposits has begun, cancellations should be communicated immediately to our support team out of respect for the owner's time.
Last-Minute Cancellations
If a renter cancels at the last minute after final coordination, the owner may decline future requests from that user. If an owner cancels at the last minute, the admin team will attempt to help the renter find an alternative, though this is not guaranteed.
What We Do Not Guarantee
The Rental Circle relies on mutual trust. While we facilitate coordination, we do not guarantee penalty enforcement for last-minute cancellations during the early access phase.
