Early-Access Refund Approach
The Rental Circle currently operates via manual coordination. We do not automatically process rental payments or guarantee automatic deposit refunds through a payment gateway.
Deposits May Apply
Security deposits are often required by asset owners. The handling and return of these deposits are manually coordinated between the parties. We strongly advise both parties to agree clearly on deposit terms before the asset changes hands.
Refunds Are Not Automatic
Refunds of deposits are not automatic. They are subject to a satisfactory return of the asset. The owner must confirm the asset is returned in the agreed-upon condition.
Damage and Missing Items
If an asset is returned damaged or with missing accessories, the owner may withhold a portion or all of the deposit. Any disagreements must be submitted for manual review by our support team, utilizing the before-and-after photos taken during handover.
Manual Review
While The Rental Circle assists in mediating disputes, we do not guarantee damage recovery. All resolutions are manually reviewed and coordinated.
