Community Guidelines

How we expect owners and renters to interact on our trust-first marketplace.

Respect and Honest Communication

Every transaction on The Rental Circle relies on mutual trust. We expect all users to communicate respectfully, transparently, and promptly during the request, approval, and handover stages.

Accurate Listings and Requests

Owners must accurately describe their asset's condition. Renters must accurately state their intended use for the asset. Misrepresentation damages the trust of the entire community.

No Misuse of Assets

Renters must treat rented equipment as if it were their own. Assets must only be used for the purposes agreed upon during the manual coordination phase.

Timely Handover and Return

Respect each other's time. Arrive punctually for agreed-upon handover and return meetings. If delays are unavoidable, communicate them immediately.

No Harassment or Fraud

We strictly prohibit any form of harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behavior. Any user found violating this rule will be immediately removed from the early access program.

Enforcement During Early Access

We actively monitor feedback and manually coordinate disputes. Violations of these guidelines may result in permanent bans from The Rental Circle.
